Coulumb's Law

Coulomb’s law describes force between charged particles (charged small bodies).

$$\vec F_2 = \frac{1}{4 \pi \varepsilon_0 \varepsilon} \frac{q_1 q_2}{r_{12}^3}\vec r_{12}$$
